Hi there! I'm Alexandria Alstork, the founder of Alstork’s Lil Bundles. After spending over seven years as a Healthcare Analyst, I felt like I had so much untapped potential and a deep desire to pursue something more fulfilling. That’s when I decided to follow my passion for baking, something that has been a part of my life since childhood.

I’m a wife and mother to three amazing kids, and my baking journey began with an Easy-Bake Oven. Over the years, I started baking banana nut breads to sell at church, but it was my love for poundcakes that truly blossomed. My granny, who was from Little Rock, Arkansas like me, once had a poundcake shipped from Detroit. This cake, wrapped in aluminum foil and placed in a cardboard box, somehow never arrived damaged—a mystery I still can't explain (maybe it was magic!). I remember sneaking pinches of the moist, delicious cake whenever no one was looking, savoring each bite.

Those moments with my granny are some of my fondest memories, and I’m now on a mission to recreate that experience for others. With Alstork’s Lil Bundles, I offer individual, snack-sized poundcakes so you can enjoy that same delicious, comforting treat, with a little "sneaky pinch" just for you.
