At Alstork's Lil Bundles, every mini loaf poundcake is baked fresh in small batches using premium ingredients. Our pricing reflects the cost of quality ingredients, packaging, labor, and preparation required to deliver an exceptional product.

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

• Orders are baked fresh and typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
• Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Local Pickup

• Local pickup is available for all orders.
• Customers will receive pickup instructions once their order is ready.

Local Delivery

• Local delivery is available within designated service areas.
• Delivery fees may apply and are based on distance from our production location.
• Delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout.

Nationwide Shipping

Our 6 Cake Bundle is available for nationwide shipping.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another approved carrier. Carrier selection is determined based on destination, package size, transit time, and cost.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement, refund, or reshipment at our expense.

Because our products are freshly baked food items, shipping delays may impact freshness and product quality.

All products are packaged carefully to help protect them during transit. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit conditions are outside of our control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of perishable food products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns on food items.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
